COOKING STEPS

-
3 Whisk Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, finely diced cucumber, chopped coriander, lemon juice, and a pinch of kosher salt.
-
4 Heat Rice & Portion: Heat the TASTY BITE®/MD Vegetable Biryani Rice pouches according to the package directions, then divide the warm rice evenly between two serving bowls.
-
5 Assemble Bowls: Top the rice in each bowl with the grilled lamb koftas, diced cucumber, diced tomato, and sliced red onions.
-
6 Drizzle & Garnish: Spoon the cucumber yogurt sauce generously over the bowls and garnish with toasted pine nuts and fresh coriander leaves before serving.
