  • 3 gluten free tortillas
  • One Pouch (285 g) of TASTY BITE® Butter Chickpea & Vegetables
  • 1-2 Bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Jasmine Rice
  • ½ cup (125 mL) Cheddar cheese

STEPS

  1. 1.
    Slice peppers and onions thinly and saute until soft, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2.
    Microwave gluten free tortilla for 30 seconds to make them easier to fold.
  3. 3.
    Top tortilla with rice, peppers, onions, Butter Chickpea & Vegetables.
  4. 4.
    Fold it all together and top with cheese.
  5. 5.
    Air fry on 350 for 8-12 minutes.
