COOKING STEPS

  1. 1
Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2
Brown Beef: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it into crumbles, until cooked through.
  3. 3
Sauté Veggies: Add the bell pepper and snap peas to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
  4. 4
Glaze & Cook Rice: Stir in the prepared sauce to coat the beef, then add the TASTY BITE®/MD Indian Fried Rice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
  5. 5
Garnish & Serve: Divide the mixture between serving bowls and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
  6. *
The chili garlic sauce creates a glossy coating on the beef while the Indian Fried Rice adds aromatic spices and texture. For extra heat, finish with sliced fresh chili or a drizzle of chili crisp.
