INGREDIENTS
- 2 pouches (2 - 285 g) of TASTY BITE® Madras Lentils
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) tomato, diced
- 1/3 cup (85 mL) onion, diced
- 1/3 cup (85 mL) jalapeno, diced
- 1/3 cup (85 mL) cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) sugar
- 1 tsp. lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Scoop or cup style nacho chips
- 1 cup (250 mL) cheddar cheese, shredded
STEPS

1 MIX in a medium size bowl tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, sugar, and lime. Add salt and pepper to taste.
