  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) tomato, diced
  • 1/3 cup (85 mL) onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup (85 mL) jalapeno, diced
  • 1/3 cup (85 mL) cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) sugar
  • 1 tsp. lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Scoop or cup style nacho chips
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cheddar cheese, shredded
