INGREDIENTS

  • One pouch (285 g) TASTY BITE® Channa Masala
  • One block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sauteed or frozen spinach, cooked
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) of garlic
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Greek Yogurt
  • Optional: Red Pepper Flakes

STEPS

  1. 1.
    Bring cream cheese to room temperature and put in mixing bowl
  2. 2.
    Cook spinach from instructions or sautee; add to cream cheese
  3. 3.
    Add garlic, greek yogurt, TASTY BITE® Channa Masala and optional red pepper flakes. Stir
  4. 4.
    Add to a baking dish and bake covered at 375 for 15-20 minutes
  5. 5.
    Uncover and broil until golden brown
  6. 6.
    Let cool and serve with pita chips and veggies
