INGREDIENTS

  • One pouch TASTY BITE® Bombay Potatoes
  • 2 Ciabatta Rolls
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) cilantro chutney
  • ½ medium onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) thin sev to garnish
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) chopped cilantro to garnish
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice

All Natural Indian Entrée, 285 g

STEPS

  1. 1.
    Pickle the onions using salt, red chili powder and lime juice. Seal with plastic wrap and leave to the side.
  2. 2.
    Heat Tasty Bite Bombay Potatoes according to package
  3. 3.
    Warm up ciabatta bread
  4. 4.
    Apply cilantro chutney to both sides of the bread
  5. 5.
    Layer the bottom side with Tasty Bite Bombay Potato
  6. 6.
    Layer with pickled onions and cilantro
  7. 7.
    Seal bread to form a sandwich and cut into smaller pieces
  8. 8.
    Serve with sev and cilantro!
